Here at Muddy Creek Animal Hospital we try to make sure medications are available to clients upon request.  However, due to the high volume of refills, it is becoming increasingly difficult to have prescriptions refilled in a timely manner as clients wait patiently.  Thus, for your convenience, we have come up with a plan to expedite the refill process in general.  Beginning February 1st, 2007, refill requests placed before 1pm will be ready by 5pm that same day.  Any refill request placed after 1pm will be ready by 9am the following morning.  As an added option, log onto our website, and register to be a Pet Portals member.  This option not only allows you to make refill requests, but you can also view your pets’ records, make appointments, or even get advice.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we try to better serve you.
