Appointment Policy

We recommend appointments for all non-emergency visits, but will accept emergencies at anytime during our business hours.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs should be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area. 

All cats should be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.

Due to the economy and rising costs we have had an influx of questions pertaining to our surgical and anesthesia costs.  Thus, we have created and posted our new   Surgical Safety and Pain Management Policy.

Due to the large volume of prescription refill requests, we've implemented a   Presciption Refill Policy.
